Office Hours
The road to (and through!) publication can be a daunting, overwhelming, and sometimes lonely journey. There’s no shortage of advice out there for writers—but sometimes, what you really want is the chance to ask your own questions and talk to someone who’s actually been through it.
Since landing my two-book deal with Bantam/Penguin Random House, I’ve been honored to hear from writers navigating many of these same questions and challenges: querying, revising, balancing creativity with a demanding career, and building a sustainable writing life. While I’d love to respond to every request for advice individually, the reality is that I can’t always do that in a thoughtful or sustainable way.
That’s why I created Office Hours: a dedicated way to connect one-on-one and share perspective from my own experience. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply looking for a thoughtful sounding board, these sessions are designed to help you feel more supported, more prepared, and a little less alone in the process.

Here’s how it works:
You’ll complete a short intake survey so I can get a sense of your questions and goals

If it’s a fit, we’ll schedule a one-hour video call to talk through your questions

You can also find more reflections and practical tips over on my Substack, where I share a candid look at my life as a novelist balancing a full-time PR career—including answers to many of the questions I’m most often asked about writing, publishing, and building a sustainable creative life.
